Pedestrian Accidents in North Carolina
Pedestrians are the most at-risk parties on North Carolina roads. This is due to the fact that they have no protection from harm in the event of an accident. In one recent year in North Carolina, it is estimated that approximately 100 people were killed in pedestrian accidents due to the outright recklessness of others. Drivers are expected to pay close attention to the roads around them so that pedestrian accidents can always be prevented. When a pedestrian is obeying the rules of the road and they are still struck by a passenger vehicle, it can lead to immense harm that they are not prepared for. You have options and should speak with an attorney that you can trust in your time of need.
Nobody is ever fully prepared to face the aftermath of a pedestrian accident entirely on their own. If you have sustained these immense losses, you should have the help of a Chapel Hill pedestrian accident attorney on your side. A pedestrian could think that a driver sees them in enough time, only to find out that they were not paying attention to the roads in the first place. Because of this, you could be significantly harmed due to one of these accidents. It is crucial that you seek the help of a Chapel Hill personal injury attorney if you have sustained injuries in a pedestrian accident.
