Zebulon, NC (January 30, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a serious car crash that took place at a Zebulon intersection on Sunday afternoon, January 30.
Raleigh Police confirmed that the accident happened around noon at the intersection of Pearces Road and Proctor Street. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when it is alleged that they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to collide with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged due to the accident.
Several responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.
