We fight insurance companies so injured people get what they’re owed, not what’s convenient for a corporation’s bottom line. Auto, motorcycle, and truck collisions. Wrongful death. Catastrophic injury. Plaintiff-side only.
- Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (on-site)
- Schedule: Full-time
- Base salary: $95,000 to $105,000 per year, plus bonus
- Experience: 2 to 3 years minimum in personal injury
- Practice area: Plaintiff-side personal injury
The work
You’ll lead case teams with real support behind you. We train hard, we push each other, and we look out for one another while we do it.
What we’re looking for
At least two to three years of personal injury experience, plaintiff or defense side, from someone who wants more than a paycheck and intends to get genuinely good at this work. Beyond the resume, we care about a short list of things:
- How you treat your team
- How you handle it when a case doesn’t go your way
- Whether you’re actually coachable, not just say you are
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina
- Two or more years handling personal injury matters
Compensation and benefits
Salary is negotiable, plus bonus, and we pay for experience. If you’ve been doing this work and know you’re worth more than what you’re currently making, we’d like to talk.
