Bringing Defense Experience to Plaintiff Representation
Terra represents individuals in personal injury matters. She began her career defending insurance companies and medical institutions before moving into work on behalf of injured people.
That experience gives her perspective on how defendants and insurers approach disputes, negotiations, and courtroom proceedings. She brings that background to her current work advocating for people injured through the negligence of others.
Education and Advocacy Experience
Terra earned her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and her law degree from Campbell University School of Law.
At Campbell, she participated in both moot court and trial teams, interned with the United States Attorney’s Office, and was inducted into the Order of Old Kivett for her advocacy skills. She was admitted to the North Carolina bar in 2019 and to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina in 2020.
