Overview and Experience
Robert is an experienced trial attorney who has extensive experience holding those who break the law and harm others on the road accountable.
Robert served for over five years as an Assistant District Attorney in Moore and Hoke Counties representing the State of North Carolina. Robert prosecuted over a thousand vehicle collisions, hundreds of driving while impaired cases, and numerous motor vehicle death cases. He is familiar with the courtroom having tried nine jury trials to verdict and over a hundred bench trials.
Robert worked with law enforcement, experts, and medical professionals to build the best case as he pursued justice.
Robert is a passionate advocate for his clients and always puts his clients first. Robert lives in Vass with his wife, Alondra, and their daughter.
