Jeff is based out of the Raleigh office and dedicates his practice primarily to personal injury litigation, including automobile tort claims/litigation, premises liability and general negligence claims. Jeff zealously advocates for clients across the state of North Carolina.

Jeff grew up in a small town in Northern Idaho, until he was 17 and enlisted in the Army. While serving, Jeff finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Idaho. After retiring in 2016, Jeff attended law school at Campbell University School of Law.

Jeff was a member of Campbell’s Profession Football Contract Negotiations teams and was admitted into the Order of the Old Kivett Society. While in law school, Jeff had the opportunity to intern in a public defender’s office, two district attorney’s offices, and in a federal criminal defense firm before joining Ricci Law Firm.
